As the Managing Partner of our firm, Glen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He holds a MAICD and completing postgraduate studies, including a Master of Business Administration (AIB).
With a diverse private sector background spanning climate finance, digital transformation, banking and finance, policy development, tourism, agriculture, and the property industry, Glen possesses practical, hands-on knowledge of doing business in the Pacific context.
Having lived permanently in Vanuatu for 19 years, Glen is deeply embedded in the pacific business community. He sits on numerous private and public boards and committees, including as the current Vanuatu Business Resilience Council Chairperson. He also holds positions on the Vanuatu Government's Climate Finance Working Group and Climate Policy Group and has represented Vanuatu at three COPs.
Glen's true passion lies in driving sustainable development in the South Pacific through direct investment in sustainable industries. He firmly believes in the power of responsible business practices to positively impact local communities. He is a strong proponent of localisation.
Outside of work, Glen is a dedicated rugby fan and coffee aficionado. He also enjoys photography and travelling.

Digital Advisor

Paul has nearly a decade of experience working and operating within the blockchain industry, and has been a financial specialist on engineering consulting projects for several SMEs and large enterprises while residing in the United States.
Paul now permanently resides in Vanuatu as a ni-Vanuatu citizen, and brings an extensive understanding of distributed ledger technology, decentralized finance, and whole systems thinking, with a focus on supporting the Pacific region becoming more economically resilient.
Beyond finance and digital transformation, Paul is passionate about and involved in the development, design, and application of environmentally-conscious regenerative systems, as well as social transformation initiatives.

Energy Specialist
Graduated with honours in Finance and Project Engineering (Master of Science).
Olivier is considered the foremost expert in energy finance and economics in Vanuatu. He has gained expertise through his involvement in various projects, including the IFC Pacific Renewable Energy Development study and the Cross-Pacific Legal and Regulatory Framework review, covering Tonga, Vanuatu, Fiji, Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, NZ, and Australia. Olivier has authored the report on removing barriers to implementing Vanuatu's National Energy Road Map, conducted tariff reviews for electricity and water concessions, and produced case studies to develop solutions for implementation in the field. As the principal finance specialist, he led the project to establish the Vanuatu Utilities Regulatory Authority (URA).

Banking & Financial Institution Advisor
Chartered Professional Accountant, Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Arts.
Nik is a ni-Vanuatu citizen with extensive management and banking experience and has strong links throughout the Pacific having developed close working relationships with regulators, government and the private sector. He brings a strong understanding of social and economic drivers in the Pacific, private sector development issues, banking and finance, and regulatory and compliance issues.
He has over 15 years of progressive financial experience with major international banks in Vanuatu and most recently as Country Head of one of these. In these roles, Nik has worked closely with regulators and government in Vanuatu on policy advice and issues of economic development and financial inclusion and has a strong understanding of land tenure, labour laws and investment requirements for Vanuatu. Nik is an proponent of the importance of building resilient Pacific communities with a focus of gender equality, financial inclusion and sustainable economic growth. Outside of work Nik is a keen rugby enthusiast and nature lover with a strong interest in social issues.

Carl is an expert in conducting business in South East Asia and the South Pacific, and has gained from more than 20 years of business experience in the Region, as a corporate lawyer (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji), professional non-executive director (listed and private companies) and investor (real estate and equity), and from the cultivation of a broad and deep network of client, personal and business relationships throughout the Region.
Carl has extensive experience in Tourism Construction and Development, Investment Migration and Wealth Management, Government Policy and Corporate Governance.

Paul leads our marine advisory practice and is a seasoned expert in the field of sustainable and socially responsible greenfields projects with 30 years of experience. He specializes in high-profile, complex projects that benchmark best practices in marine and freshwater production systems. With a diverse portfolio of projects in locations such as Mozambique, Australia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tanzania, Denmark, and Ghana, Paul is skilled in implementing solutions in a variety of demographic settings. He has extensive experience in both high density scale farms and low impact eco-systems, and his projects have set the standard for credible sustainable aquaculture development. With a focus on an equitable share in the planet's future, Paul's current project, Pacific Ocean Culture in Fiji, takes a holistic approach to aquaculture.

Government & Public Policy Advisor
Bachelor of VisComms (Victoria University). University of Wales: PhD and LLB.
Dr. Tess Newton Cain is the principal of TNC Pacific Consulting and is a ni-Vanuatu citizen with more than 20 years’ experience of living and working in the Pacific Island region. Tess has a degree in Law and a PhD in Law and Criminology. She is a former lecturer in Law at the University of the South Pacific.
Dr. Tess's consulting practice is built on well-established relationships with political leaders, policy makers, the private sector and civil society. She has extensive experience of working with Vanuatu government ministries and statutory bodies in relation to development of policy, organizational strengthening, budgeting and strategic planning.

Corporate Liaison Manager
Deliah joined Pacific Advisory last year as the Corporate Liaison Manager. Deliah brings over 10 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Accounts, Real Estate and Corporate services. She is responsible for Corporate Service procedures and uses her organisational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.
Deliah enjoys her important role as a mother, residing with her family in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Deliah experiences a healthy active life style. The energy powering her personal life is equally evident in her aspirations towards her professional future as a Corporate Liaison Manager.

Asset Manager
Lerrain has an intricate knowledge of the workings of the Vanuatu public service. In particular Lerrain has a deep understanding of the labour and employment laws and logistics and customs requirements.
She is also an experienced asset manager and works as key focal point for most of the financial institutions in Vanuatu that Pacific Advisory undertake work for.
